Rates and Insurance

Insurance:

**Residents of South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Indiana**

**I am an out of network provider for all other insurance carriers, meaning that I do not file with those insurance companies.**

You may choose to submit claims to your insurance for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits (if applicable) for all or a portion of my fees. I can provide a Superbill (a detailed invoice that patients can submit to their insurance company) which may facilitate you in filing claims towards your out-of-network deductible. Additionally, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or other medical savings account, you may also be able to use these funds to cover therapy services. If clients plan on seeking reimbursement from insurance, the client is responsible for checking their out of network benefits prior to pursuing treatment.

Other Payment Options:

The LoveLand Foundation provides 4-12 vouchers to cover the cost of therapy sessions for black women and nonbinary individuals

AllOne Health EAP is accepted for those covered. Usually provides 6 sessions.

Private Pay Rates:

• Initial Intake: $150/ 60 minutes

• Individual Therapy: $125/ 45-50 minutes

• Support Group: $25/ 60 minutes

**If needed, I offer flexible, negotiated rates to help make therapy accessible, taking into account each person’s unique financial situation. If there are concerns about the cost of services, please feel free to reach out to discuss options**

Method of Payment:

Payments may be made electronically using a credit card (HSA/FSA eligible). There is also an option to set up auto-pay, which will debit any outstanding balance between 12am-2am following your appointment. You will receive an invoice electronically following your appointment.

Cancellation policy:

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or to reschedule. Client is responsible for all charges associated with the visit. If client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, the credit card on file will be charged for the full session fee.
